Introduction

Restealer Limited operates restealer.com, a service that lets you monitor infostealer logs for compromised credentials associated with domains you own or control.

These Standard Terms of Use (Terms) set out the terms on which we offer access to the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Service Overview

The Service lets you verify domains you own or control and view compromised credentials for those domains that we have found in infostealer logs. It is for legitimate security purposes only, including:

• Monitoring your own domains for exposed credentials
• Breach response and security incident investigation
• Security operations and threat detection for your own infrastructure
• Compliance and security auditing of your own domains

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, including computer crime and privacy legislation.

1.2 Eligibility and Permitted Use

You may only use the Service:

• To monitor domains you own or control
• In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• If you are at least 18 years old

1.3 Domain Verification

You may only access credential data for a domain once you have verified that you own or control it through our verification process (for example, a DNS record, file upload, or email confirmation). You must not attempt to access data for domains you do not own or control, and you must not attempt to circumvent our domain verification.

1.4 Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the Service for any malicious or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Attempt to circumvent our domain verification
• Redistribute or share credential data obtained through the Service with third parties
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

1.5 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your login credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account

2. Pricing

• The Service is currently provided free of charge, with no limit on the number of domains you may verify.
• We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or change pricing in the future. If we do, we will give you at least thirty (30) days' notice, and you may continue under the new pricing or stop using the Service.

3. Data and Privacy

3.1 Data Processing

We only store information necessary to provide the Service, such as:

• Your account information
• Your verified domains and verification records
• IP addresses and access logs

When you request an export of data, any sensitive details (such as plaintext passwords) are encrypted with the PGP public key you provide before we send them to you. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. For more detail on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with privacy laws applicable to your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for the safe storage of your PGP private key

3.3 Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the public exposure search from automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a CAPTCHA-alternative service. When you run a search, Turnstile may collect information about your device and connection (including your IP address) to tell humans from bots. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare on our behalf and is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy.

4. Service Availability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may implement rate limits and other measures to ensure fair usage and system stability
• In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery, by email to your registered address

5. Intellectual Property

• We retain all rights to our Service, software, and content
• You retain rights to your own data and content
• You may not reverse engineer or copy our Service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of our data
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on the Service
• We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Service

6.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Restealer Limited and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Any unauthorised access or privacy violations resulting from your use
• Any breach of these Terms by you
• Any decisions made based on data from the Service

7. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or engage in activities that harm our business or reputation. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
